Use the dock save controls to keep a draft tied to your account and load it later.
Upload a PDF, review the extracted text, and move only the useful parts into a draft.
Switch the interface between EN, PT, and FR without changing the draft content.
Preview is read-only. Export stays separate so the final handoff remains deliberate.
Use support@nobelcv.com for account questions while the formal ticket flow is wired in.

Pick a topic, leave your contact, and describe the issue. The backend will store the ticket and send a confirmation email.

This will become the chat entry point and ticket handoff surface when the chat provider is ready.
